做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
