做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
