做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
