做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
